Virtual-reality company sees the future

Vizuality Studio specialises in the technology, which allows users to experience any possible virtual environment that can be imagined and created by programmers.

Co-founders Phil Morris and Fred Meyer – the business’s joint chief executives – have developed their own VR headset, which, when combined with motion-tracking cameras in a studio, offers users the chance to explore an ancient Egyptian tomb or blast aliens on a space station on the moon.

After strapping on the specially designed headset, which is about the size of a large pair of ski goggles, users enter a virtual world that they can look and walk around within the confines of the studio.
