Festival to highlight the tastes of Jersey

The festival, which will be held at the Atlantic Hotel for the second time, will run from 3 to 6 November and is organised to celebrate gourmet produce and fine dining in Jersey.

This year the festival has been extended to include a fourth day, thanks to the popularity of the event last year.

It will bring to the Island Michelin Star chefs from the UK, Guernsey, the Isle of Wight and Jersey who will be working alongside the hotel’s own Michelin Star chef, Mark Jordan.

Chefs taking part include Andrew Fairlie, of Andrew Fairlie Restaurant at Gleneagles, Tom Brown of Outlaw’s at The Capital, and Bohemia’s Steve Smith and over the course of the four days, diners can choose to attend four fine-dining events at the Atlantic Hotel’s Michelin-starred Ocean Restaurant or its sister restaurant, Mark Jordan at the Beach.
