Park gigs draw the crowds

Many donned fancy dress for Legends in the Park, which was headlined by The Human League and also included sets from US trio Odyssey, tribute band One Night of Queen, former Soft Cell frontman Marc Almond, and RnB star Billy Ocean.

The 80s nostalgia of Friday night made way for an altogether younger crowd on Saturday for Sure’s Big Gig as Jess Glynne headlined.

X Factor stars Reggie n Bollie proved themselves to be the perfect party starters as they got the crowd jumping in the sunshine with their energetic show before there was a change of pace as Ben Haenow – who admitted he wasn’t much of a dancer – performed a more emotional set, featuring songs dedicated to his brother and girlfriend, before Fleur East lit up Howard Davis Park.
