Owner Jonathan Ruff wants to expand the attraction by building a complex featuring a bowling alley, ice rink, paintball zone and mini-golf on unused land at the site.
Under the plans, 15 houses would also be built and a nature reserve would be created and all the new additions would be built on land which currently contains disused glasshouses.
Mr Ruff added that he would invite the public to see the plans before submitting anything to the Planning Department.
