Liberation’s new brew celebrates National Trust with local wild hops

Liberation Brewery is celebrating ten years of the National Trust for Jersey’s Coastline Campaign with the new beer, called Puffin Ale.

The brew, which is made using wild hops collected from Le Câtel Fort above Grève de Lecq, is described as a ‘malty tawny British Ale, creating a fruity aroma’. It is four per cent ABV.
