Deputy Kristina Moore said child sexual exploitation was taken ‘very seriously’ by government, the States police and safeguarding professionals in the Island.
And when asked about the JEP’s work during States questions on Tuesday, the minister said she was aware of what had been published and stressed that the States police were investigating this newspaper’s evidence.
Last Saturday the JEP published the findings of a two-week investigation in which reporters posed online as a 14-year-old girl.
