Hotels’ island-hopping plan

TWO hotels in the Channel Islands have teamed up to promote Jersey and Guernsey in the UK and Europe.

The Atlantic Hotel in St Brelade and Guernsey’s Old Government House Hotel and Spa are offering a four-night ‘island hopping’ package, which will be available until 23 December.

The package comprises a two-night stay in each hotel with breakfast included, as well as afternoon tea at The Atlantic and a three-course dinner at its Michelin star Ocean restaurant. In Guernsey, guests will receive a three-course dinner in the Brasserie and a complimentary flight of Lanson champagne in the Crown Club.

Both hotels have been working together since last year to come up with ideas on how best to promote the Channel Islands to visitors from both the UK and the continent.

it sounds great until you realise how much 3 flights will cost you. alternately you could use Condor but its easier to pick the lottery numbers than guess when they will be running.

hey , you're comment about condor is outrageous. how can you assume that a guess can be used to tell when it's running. NOTHING can be used to tell IF IT WILL EVER RUN.

wouldn't a stay in guernsey be a bit like being the designated driver at a party
