Under the proposals, put forward by developers Dandara, the scheme would see 18 apartments, seven cottages and 66 parking spaces built on the site of the hotel, which closed its doors last summer.
The project, which would sit in the heart of Gorey Village, has been supported by the Planning Department, which has recommended that the Planning Committee approve the plans.
Representatives from Dandara are expected to appear before the committee during Wednesday’s monthly public meeting at St Paul’s Centre from 9.30 am.
