Gareth Francis Cunningham (34) was arrested in Bath Street on the morning of 13 October last year after being searched by police officers.
He was found to be in possession of four nitrazepam, 138 etizolam, three dihydrocodeine and 137 cosepam tablets, as well as just under two grammes of cannabis. His home was also searched and another etizolam tablet and a nitrazepam tablet were found. Cunningham pleaded guilty to seven charges of possession and intent to supply illegal drugs.
Relief Magistrate David Le Cornu sentenced him to 12 months’ probation.
