The Jersey-born Hollywood actor, who attended St Michael’s School, plays the caped superhero alongside Ben Affleck, who stars as Batman in the film Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice, which is due to be released next month.
A competition is being launched which includes prizes like flying with Mr Cavill in a helicopter to the film’s New York première, riding with Mr Affleck in the Batmobile and travelling to Jersey for a luxury trip which includes dining at award-winning restaurants and a VIP access trip to Durrell.
Fans can donate money ranging from £5 to £25,000 to enter a draw for the chance to win specific prizes and the proceeds will be donated to three charities chosen by the film’s stars which includes Durrell, the organisation for which Mr Cavill is an ambassador.
