Around 100 Islanders took part in the Santa Bikers motorcycle run, riding out from Liberation Square, around St Helier, to the Airport and back, via St Aubin.
Organiser Mark Baker, who has suffered cancer himself, said that he hoped that the event, which is in its second year, would raise about £1,000 for the charity.
He said: ‘Being able to do something for JCR was awesome and hopefully this will spin off for them and get them a lot more fundraising.’
