Pupils set out to raise £28,000 for minibus

The school doesn’t currently have a minibus, but head teacher Andrew Willis said that one was required for them to be able to take pupils to cultural and sporting events and to natural history and historical sites around the Island.

To help pupils to follow the progress, John Grady, one of the pupils’ grandfathers and the former head teacher of Mont à l’Abbé School, has created a ‘minibusometer’ which depicts the vehicle making its journey from the Ford factory to the school.
