They began last week and to date have been swimming in up to three bays a day, with occasional days off.
Sally Batho is one of the women in the group taking part in every swim, with the others all joining in when they can.
Fourteen swimmers, ranging in age from 45 to 73, are involved in the fundraiser, which is in aid of MS Research and Cry Jersey.
