It comes after the Health Department, which provides funds for the refuge, had agreed that the organisation would receive a £20,000 reduction this year in its grant followed by a further £30,000 cut in 2015.
But after a vote in the States on Tuesday the payment will return to its 2013 level of £209,000 per year.
