A joint policy statement released on Thursday by Chief Minister Ian Gorst and Treasury Minister Philip Ozouf revealed that under a new framework starting in October, all businesses will be expected to reveal to the Jersey Financial Services Commission whether their clients will be using tax avoidance schemes.
