States innovation fund hands over its first loan
This is the first investment by the Jersey Innovation Fund, which was set up last year and has £5 million available to pump money into businesses that need help to expand.
It is also likely that three more investments will follow within weeks, according to Jersey Innovation Fund chairman Tim Herbert.
The first loan has been made to Stumpydog Innovations, which was set up by Catherine Curtis to develop a portable travel cot, The BabyHub.
