She said: ‘I am truly grateful to the parishioners of St Saviour for giving me the opportunity to represent them and it has been an honour to serve in an area that was the bedrock of my upbringing in Jersey.
‘My family and I have made our home in St John and I would like to become more involved in the community. I have been able to assist a number of parishioners in St John and would like the opportunity to do this further for the next three-and-a-half years as their elected representative.’
