He made the comments during his opening address at the event at which the American visitors were sharing their experiences with colleagues from around the globe.
He was speaking at the opening of the conference at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel staged jointly by the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Jersey Financial Services Commission, which continues all week and is being attended by law enforcement officers and regulators from around the globe.
