And yesterday Detective Superintendent Stewart Gull, who is leading the murder investigation, confirmed to the JEP that the attack could have been carried out over several hours some time during Saturday afternoon or evening.
Three people – a 31-year-old woman and two men aged 35 – were still being questioned in police custody this morning after being arrested on Sunday on suspicion of murder.
