Revised plans have been submitted by the family-owned company, which is seeking to build a seven-storey office block with basement parking.
If approved, the project would see Beverley Ltd refurbish the historic façade of 27 Esplanade – the front of a Victorian Warehouse – and remodel 28 Esplanade, demolishing the remaining buildings through to Rue des Mielles.
