Superman star Henry Cavill was named the third sexiest male star by readers of Empire.
The 30-year-old, who attended St Michael’s School and recently became a member of the Jersey Rugby Club, was beaten to the top spot by Sherlock actor Benedict Cumberbatch and lesser-known Brit Tom Hiddleston, who took second place in the survey of 50,000 movie fans.
