David Cahill and Christopher Walters, who are both married with children, were ordained by the Bishop of Portsmouth, Philip Egan, at a special service at St Thomas’ Church.
The Bishop had been making his first visit to the Island since taking on the role in September and as well as meeting local clergy and public officials he also took part in the 150th anniversary celebration of the Church of Our Lady of the Annunciation and the Martyrs of Japan in St Martin.
