Inspector Diane Wheeler, of the States force, said that 95 Islanders jumped red lights in 2011.
The news follows a campaign launched to crackdown on motorists who ignore traffic signals.
Last month the police caught 18 drivers ignoring traffic light stop signals and have caught two so far in December.
