The hosts were reinstated into the competition last week after St Clement were found to have played an ineligible player against them in a 6-1 win recently. St John and St Brelade were due to play on Tuesday night at Les Quennevais but the match was postponed shortly before the scheduled kick off as a result of a frozen pitch.
St John midfielder Mark Roche said: ‘We are looking forward to the game. We only have one player missing because of holiday and we don’t have any university students so we will not miss out because of that. Everyone is happy we are playing at St John and I believe we have a chance. I’m also confident we can give them a good game.’
