At St Martin’s School pupils dressed up as everything from ballet dancers to boxers as part of the annual fundraiser and the pupils also took part in a 15-minute aerobic workout with parents and grandparents, which was led by Jayne Renouf and Julie Pinel from Shape Up to Music.

St Saviour’s School also helped to raise funds by holding a dress down day and danceathon, which involved each class taking part in the 20-minute workout, while pupils at Grainville School took part in the school’s annual green mile run in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Sport Relief is organised by Comic Relief, in association with BBC Sport, and brings together the worlds of sport and entertainment to raise money to help vulnerable people in both the UK and the world’s poorest countries.
