A red weather warning was in place throughout the morning as Storm Imogen saw trees blown down around the Island, and Victoria Avenue was shut during the morning rush hour as large waves sent debris crashing over the sea wall.
On Monday evening, Victoria Avenue was closed during rush hour again as waves crashed over the sea wall during the high tides.
