The four-day event at the People’s Park featured a wide range of activities and entertainment, including stunt-bike performances, a Top Gear simulator and live music.
Robert Surcouf, president of the Classic and Vintage Motor Racing Club of Jersey, said: ‘It has been absolutely brilliant – far and away the best festival we have ever put on. We tried a lot of different things this year and they all paid off. The highlight for me was the number of people who came along.
‘From an organiser’s point of view, we want to see people coming and enjoying themselves – that’s the whole idea. I think the festival is now in a very strong position to develop, and in the next week or so we will sit down and start planning for next year.’
