Head shaves are a cut above the rest for charity fundraising

Parents Joanne Jeffroy (39) and Arisha Lebouc (28) had their hair cut earlier this month to raise money for the Brighter Futures charity.

Mrs Lebouc, who has been supported by Brighter Futures following two bouts of post-natal depression after having both of her children, will donate her locks to the Little Princess Trust, which makes wigs for children across the UK and Ireland.

She has been supported by Brighter Futures for around 6½ years, and with the charity’s help she is working towards getting her GCSEs. She says the charity has given her the confidence ‘to leave the house again’.
