Laura Price, the daughter of Matthew and Christine Price, has been to the Battle of Flowers parade as a spectator for years and is now looking forward to being part of it and also helping with the float.
Laura is taking A-Levels in psychology, drama and English literature and hopes to go on to study English literature at Chichester University.
Her main interest is amateur dramatics, and she has helped with school productions and with the Jersey Green Room Club pantomime, in which her father has taken part.
