Sabrina Delimi, who studied English and American literature in her native France, followed by a teaching qualification, has set up a website to help students of the French language.
Miss Delimi, who comes from Pau, near Biarritz, has also produced surf-themed T-shirts, of her own designs, which are now on sale locally.
Since then, she has had several different roles – and also worked as an assistant manager in a hotel and for a patent renewals company – but has now put her mind to developing a business of her own using the skills she has acquired along the way.
